- How can I completely delete my account?
Unfortunately, we do not delete accounts, as this is not provided for by our regulations and the capabilities of the billing system.
We may deactivate your account at your request in order to activate it again if necessary. - How to create an account?
To create an account, go through the registration process on the site.
You need to fill out the registration form and confirm your email by clicking on the link that will be sent in the letter to the mailbox you specified during registration. After that, you will be able to log in to your Personal Account, where you will be able to order our services.
Your email is verified so that we know that you did not make a mistake at the time of registration. Because in case of a typographical error, you will not receive our billing service messages in case of using the services, which may lead to the suspension of services if you do not receive payment reminders or messages about changing any settings.
To ensure protection against fraud, you may have to carry out additional verification by phone number (by entering a code that we will send you by SMS) in case of ordering services for a test. We are very sorry, but we have to add this step because we are getting a lot of registrations for the purpose of committing fraudulent activities using our servers. We made this decision after we started accepting complaints of various kinds of unacceptable activity from over 5% of the test servers. The phone received by us will not be used to send spam and in no case will be transferred to third parties, it can be used to obtain information about scammers, if necessary. - Why do I need to verify my email?

- Why am I not receiving email confirmation emails?
First of all, check your Spam folder, the email may have ended up there by mistake. If you still didn't receive an email, most likely you made a mistake when entering your email in the registration form. Try again. If you did not receive an email on the second attempt, please contact technical support for assistance.
- Why don't you send passwords by email?
Passwords are not sent or stored by us in clear text for security reasons.
- I have forgotten my username and/or password to my account, how can I get access to my personal account?
To reset your account password, you need to click on the link "Forgot your password?" in the Personal Account login form and enter the email address that you specified during registration in the form that opens.
Password recovery instructions will be sent to this address.
In case you have forgotten the name, it is not possible to resume access. In emergency cases, you can try to contact the technical support service and go through multiple and versatile verification, if possible, and then get an access name. - What are the account password requirements?
We recommend using complex passwords for your accounts. A good password should contain numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, special characters, and at least eight characters. Example of a good password: i9DTs)4pT7.
- Can I have multiple accounts?
No. Registration by one person of several accounts is regarded by us as an attempt to commit fraudulent activities using our services. If you need several accounts, for example, work and personal, you can create several payers in the Personal Account with the "Individual" and "Enterprise" properties.
In case you need to create a second account, create a technical support ticket with a request for permission. In this case, we will quickly verify your account and will know that you are not plotting fraudulent activities. - Can I register with an anonymous email?
No. Registration from an anonymous email is regarded by us as an attempt to commit fraudulent activities using our services.
