  • How to contact your technical support?

    If you are a registered user, then the best way is to create a ticket through the billing system (https://bill.gmhost.ua).

    To do this, go to the menu section Support -> Requests and click Create. If your question relates to a specific service, indicate its name in the Service section.

    Please note that questions regarding ordered services, finances, personal data, etc. are accepted only through the ticket system.
