Not. Registration does not oblige you to anything. You don’t have to provide any information about yourself, except email, if you do not order services for a test. If you order a server for a test, you will not be required to prolong and pay for such a server if you do not want to do it yourself.
When will my order be completed?

When ordering the price configuration of a dedicated server, the installation period is about 20 minutes, depending on the speed of installation of the OS image you ordered. Non-Volatile Memory Express (NVMe) is a new, modern disk interface. Data is transmitted using the PCI Express (PCIe) protocol, enhancing performance: devices operate at the read/write speed capable of their flash memory. This is significantly faster than the speed of SATA SSD drives.

The speed of a server’s operation depends on the type of storage it uses and the interface for connecting to it. Virtual private servers can operate on HDD, SSD, or SSD NVMe with data exchange interfaces such as SATA, SAS, or PCI Express.

For example, with all other settings being equal, a website on an SSD NVMe will open in less than a second. With a regular SSD, it will take several times longer. The situation becomes more complicated if many users access the site simultaneously. When it’s just 2 or 4 people, you might hardly notice the difference. But with tens or hundreds of simultaneous visits, the difference in website loading speed becomes colossal.

This means that if a server operates on HDD or SSD, the number of operations per second “iops” greatly differs from NVMe. The iops resources of such disks quickly run out, creating a “queue,” and users have to wait their turn for the page to load.

The advantage of NVMe is that it can transfer data via the fast PCI-Express and handle a large number of simultaneous streams. Performance does not drop, and a queue of users does not form, even during high-traffic events like a $5 iPhone sale on your site.
